To review the achievements of the past, clarify the direction for future development, commend role models, and unite the strength of all employees, the Company 2026 Staff Conference & 2025 Outstanding Employee Commendation Ceremony was successfully held on February 2, 2026. All staff gathered together to review the hard work and achievements of the past, look forward to the future development prospects, and jointly embark on a new journey for the company.

At the conference, a total of 19 Outstanding Employees and 1 recipient of the General Manager’s Special Award were commended. This is not only a recognition of their down-to-earth work and courageous sense of responsibility at their posts, but also an incentive for their positive contributions to the company’s development through diligence and perseverance. Zhang Junwei, winner of the General Manager’s Special Award, delivered an acceptance speech. Afterwards, Chen Wei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch, Director of the Human Resources Department and Chairman of the Labor Union, delivered a speech. Manager Chen comprehensively reviewed the company’s active exploration and achievements in five major areas in 2025: organizational optimization, cost control and value creation, performance management improvement, integration of Party building and business, and employee care, and objectively summarized the highlights and gains of the work. Finally, Comrade Yang Xiaofeng, General Manager of the company, delivered an important speech, pointing out the direction and gathering strength for the company’s development.
